Sylvana Crespo

More than two decades leading businesses, brands, and teams taught me that great transformations don't begin with just a strategy.

They begin when a person recognizes the value that already exists within them.

Today I integrate executive experience, strategic thinking, and coaching to help professionals and leaders recognize their talents, expand their possibilities, and create their next step.

My story has also been one of change, challenges, and reinvention. And perhaps that's why I deeply believe that what comes next often begins with rediscovering who you are.

My story

My journey began in the business world, but over the years I discovered that my true passion lay in developing people.

For over two decades, I have led brands, businesses, markets, and teams in the pharmaceutical industry, navigating diverse roles, cultures, and periods of transformation. This experience has taught me strategy, adaptability, leadership, and, above all, something that guides my work today: results change when people recognize the value that already exists within them.

Supporting teams, training leaders, and creating learning experiences allowed me to discover a common thread in my story: helping others recognize their talents, broaden their perspective, and turn their potential into real possibilities.

I also experienced my own reinvention. Emigrating, starting over in another country, and rebuilding my professional path confirmed that growth doesn't always mean becoming someone different. Often, it means returning to ourselves, recognizing our strengths, and choosing from there what we want to create.

Today I combine my executive experience, strategic thinking, and coaching to help professionals and leaders get to know themselves better, recognize what distinguishes them, and transform that awareness into action.

I don't help people become who they should be.
I accompany them to recognize who they are, believe in their abilities, and create their best version from there.

Believe to Create.

Skills

Leadership and team development

Throughout my career I have led and supported teams in different markets, cultures and times of transformation.

This experience taught me to recognize people's potential, develop their abilities, and create the conditions for them to grow, take on new challenges, and contribute from what they do best.

Listening and Relational Intelligence

My career in sales, marketing, leadership, and people development taught me to listen beyond the obvious, understand different perspectives, and build relationships based on trust.

I have learned that genuinely connecting with others allows you to identify needs, mobilize conversations, and create bonds that facilitate both the development of people and the results.

For me, relating well is not just about communicating: it's about understanding, connecting, and building trust to open up possibilities.

Strategic thinking

Leading brands, markets, and teams in diverse contexts has taught me to observe beyond the immediate, connect information, anticipate scenarios, and transform challenges into concrete decisions.

For me, thinking strategically is about seeing possibilities where others only see problems and turning them into direction.

Solution design

My experience in marketing, training, leadership, and people development strengthened a way of thinking that combines analysis, curiosity, and creativity to find different paths when faced with a challenge.

For me, creativity is not just about generating ideas: it's about giving them shape, meaning, and turning them into solutions that generate value.

Emotional intelligence

Leading people and going through different moments of change has taught me to recognize emotions, understand how they influence our decisions, and respond more consciously to challenges.

For me, emotional intelligence is understanding what we feel, reading what is happening in others, and choosing how to act from awareness, not from reaction.

Conflict management and difficult conversations

Leading teams, negotiating, and working in diverse contexts has taught me that conflicts are not always resolved by avoiding tension, but by learning to converse with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

For me, a difficult conversation, if well managed, can become a meeting point, a learning opportunity, and a transformation.
